Pete Clark lives in Highland Perthshire, Scotland, where he works as a freelance traditional fiddler and fiddle tutor.
Much of his time is spent out of doors walking the dogs or fishing, activities which both readily combine with painting.
Pete works in watercolour, acrylics and oils. Watercolour studies done in the field often form the basis for larger works in acrylic or oil paint completed in his studio.
The works I have chosen to display this year are all acrylic on board, mostly inspired by the landscape around Logierait. They are in simple, unstained oak frames, which gives the purchaser the option of staining/painting the frame to suit their personal preference.
