Anne graduated from Edinburgh College of Art in 2000 with a degree in Jewellery and Silversmithing. During her studies, she had the privilege to work for Malcolm Appleby, renowned designer and engraver in Grandtully. Anne also spent six months in Australia studying at RMIT, Melbourne.
After graduating, she exhibited at New Designers in London, where the jewellery design company, Ola Gorie, invited her to Orkney to design a collection. She has exhibited at Dazzle, Studio Fusion, Strathearn Gallery, Gleneagles, Roger Bilcliffe and the Open Eye Gallery.
Now based in Glasgow with her husband and two children, Anne works part time as a teacher of Art and Design and makes her jewellery by hand from her studio. She returns to Fortingall regularly, a place where she enjoys spending time with her family.
